Role:As a
Technical Support Specialist, the chosen candidate will become part of the Technical Support Area team of Customer Care Italia.
The role involves the management of second level customer support and sales requests, requires a proactive approach to training, change and team work.
Remote working possibility, Barcelona based
Main Responsibilities: - Second-level technical assistance through the internal and external ticketing system, telephone contact with customers on technical matters.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, understanding their needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
- Promote and sell the company's services, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate actively with the team to improve internal processes and enhance the service experience.
- Keep a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, and responsiveness.
Requirements: - Native Italian speaker and fluent english
- Excellent knowledge of wordpress with demonstrable support experience
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL and HTML
- Good knowledge of linux operating systems (centos, ubuntu, debian) shell linux (bash)
- apache base, mysql (usage, configuration)
- main web protocols (http/https, imap/pop3/smtp, ftp)
- SSL certificates: concepts, issuance request, installation
- dns system and record types, dig for name resolution
- Hosting knowledge, WHM
- Excellent analytical skills
