Job Description:- General administrative tasks
- Resolving customer queries regarding package deliveries
- Dealing with customer complaints via phones or e-mails
We expect from applicants:- Very Good Italian (writing and speaking)
- Good English
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Soft skills: problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks
- At least six months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
