Distribution Specialist (Italian Speaker)

Based in Dublin (with travel as required)

My client is looking for a fluent Italian speaker to join their Distribution team, based in Dublin. This role supports distribution activities, working with internal teams and external partners, and plays a key role in data analysis, financial reporting, and commercial support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in financial markets, investment products, and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

Promote my client's products through meetings, calls, and events (in Italian and English).
Deliver training sessions on unit-linked and other investment products.
Create and update commercial materials (presentations, reports, newsletters) in Italian and English.
Manage and update the Distributor Digital Platform, ensuring commercial content is up to date.
Provide ongoing support to distribution partners, handling product-related queries and requests.
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment reports.
Extract and analyze sales data using business intelligence platforms (DWH, Datavision).
Assist in tracking business performance, budget forecasts, and sales trends.
Support the implementation of the annual distribution plan.
Contribute to product development and sales activation initiatives.

Desired Skills

Strong financial markets and investment product knowledge.
Ability to create and refine commercial and marketing materials.
Experience with business intelligence tools for data extraction and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (commercial presentations).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on sales performance tracking and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.

Essential Skills

Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) - this is essential.
Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years' experience in Marketing, Distribution, or Sales in banking, insurance, or asset management.
