About the opportunity
Support QIAGEN's Field Service operations by coordinating service activities in EMEA, with the main focus on Italy, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of maintenance, installations, and customer support. In this role, you act as a key link between Field Service Specialists, customers, and internal teams, helping optimize service execution while maintaining high data quality and meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs). Your contribution directly supports customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

About the opportunity
Support QIAGEN's Field Service operations by coordinating service activities in EMEA, with the main focus on Italy, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of maintenance, installations, and customer support. In this role, you act as a key link between Field Service Specialists, customers, and internal teams, helping optimize service execution while maintaining high data quality and meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs). Your contribution directly supports customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Your tasks include
- Coordinate Field Service Specialists in Italy, including planning of interventions, preventive maintenance, and installations/de-installations
- Optimize engineers' schedules to maximize productivity and service efficiency
- Process spare parts orders, including bookings, returns, and inventory management for engineers' stock
- Maintain accurate customer and instrument data in CRM systems
- Document service cases in dedicated systems with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Monitor and contribute to achieving service KPIs and SLAs
- Support process improvement initiatives and collaborate on cross-functional projects
Your profile
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); Spanish is an advantage
- Experience in customer service, service coordination, or dispatching roles
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM systems; SAP knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
