What you'll do:
You will guide our main Italian customers through their digital transformation journey with Adobe. You'll help them envision a future beyond today's scope, crafting lasting value and partnership. We are looking for an individual with high initiative, a strategic approach, and customer experience strategy talent. This customer leadership consulting role will focus on digital strategy, organizational design, and program delivery.
• Assess areas for the client to increase product adoption and especially envision what the client could achieve buy achieving specific scenarios like:
o introducing targetization, and feed it via full integration between analytics/AJO data
o adopting AEM assets fully so that it becomes an instrument for all business of the client
• The goal is to pave a way, make the client see what he could have what they see now.
• Create presentations to promote adoption of Adobe products, specifically for expanding the adoption of analytical process within CJA and using Workfront.
• Move from high level topics and global trends to uncovering the next activities to deliver for customers
• Create the operating model for the measurement processes using CJA and create of the operating model for activating Audiences
Requirements:
• Expertise and experience with: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEP, AEM & more
• 5+ years' experience leading digital strategy and organizational change for a top management consulting firm, industry, top digital agency or top digital marketing consultancy.
• Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
• An entrepreneurial approach with initiative, resourcefulness, risk-taking ability
• Fluent Italian, written & spoken is essential
