The aim of the position is to ensure that the customer contracts are reported and renewed on time in the SAP system, quotes are created with the correct scope to the Sales team and pricing setups are made precisely and on time in both SAP and iScala systems.
What You Will Do: - Handle, track and resolve inbound queries related to Deal Management and Pricing Team
- Effective communication with internal and external teams/departments to ensure smooth processing of quotes, contracts and pricing while working in a structured environment
- Create, renew, amend or extend contracts
- Manage all the expiring contracts
- Communicate to the Sales team to negotiate the new contracts
- Obtain Price Mismatch request for Customer Order Support Group
- Recommend process improvements
What You Will Need: - High school diploma or College degree
- Fluent Italian and English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Working in a multinational company - considered an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Customer service focused with the ability to partner with internal/external contacts
- Problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Great organizational skills and strong attention to details
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environment
- Proactive with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
