Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving business retention and expansion in the
Spanish and Italian markets by delivering value to our customers. Your focus will be on helping customers achieve their goals, ensuring a positive experience, and becoming their trusted advisor. Success in this role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Renewals, Onboarding, Consultancy, and Product) and a solid technical understanding of our products to provide effective support. In this role, you will:
- Help customers achieve their business objectives by using our product effectively
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Provide software training and explain new features
- Share relevant content such as case studies and customer stories
- Organize cross-sell demos with Sales to showcase additional offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
What you bring:- Proven experience in customer success, relationship management, or similar roles
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and effectively partner with customers
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Creative, self-starter with a proactive approach to process improvement
- Familiar with SaaS technology and eager to quickly grasp core product features
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
