SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and structured Content Specialists to join the Experience Content Team in Dublin, Ireland.

As a Content Specialist, you will be an integral part of the content team, where your primary job will be to write original content and localise content specifically for Italian markets for the digital and physical product range across the Smartbox group.

You will work closely with our Content Managers, eCommerce team, and Production Management team to execute a dynamic content production plan for on- and offline products.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Accountable for the SmartBox experience content, using copy and images to drive increases in booking and customer satisfaction
• Write and create original and on-brand content and update, translate, and localise existing content for the Italian markets for digital and physical products
• Approve and select pictures for publishing on- and offline
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure delivery of high quality digital content on time
• Maintain and optimise content and products in line with industry best practices and Smartbox Group editorial guidelines role
• Generate blogs to support email campaigns and raise awareness of SmartBox productgs

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS:

• Excellent writing skills in Italian to a native standard
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and execution, preferably in an online or eCommerce environment
• Experience in delivering content in line with SEO objectives
• Creative mindset and superior attention to details
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google sheets
