About ADP

ADP, the global leader in payroll services and outsourced HR process management, is looking for a skilled Java/JEE Developer.

Mission
Within the R&D department, as a Java/JEE Developer, you will be responsible for conducting studies, developments, and testing as part of ADP projects.

You will contribute to the full scope of product development, including the proprietary web framework based on JEE technologies.

You will work closely with analysts in charge of functional and technical specifications to implement developments in line with ADP R&D processes.

Your responsibilities include developing various product modules using JAVA/JEE technologies, testing programs and user interfaces to ensure proper functioning, and complying with R&D development standards (coding guidelines, internal frameworks, security, source management processes, and documentation).

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent in IT.
• Fluent Italian speaker is required.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in JAVA/JEE development with Oracle/SQL Server databases.
• Proficiency with a source control tool, preferably Git.
• Jenkins
• Apache Tomcat, servlet
• Knowledge of REST APIs is desirable.
• Knowledge of Linux is desirable.

Soft skills

• Autonomous, rigorous, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curious about IT trends and committed to delivering quality work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience in development within a functional product (HRIS, Finance, ERP, Logistics, etc.).
