Community Advising Specialist: providing exceptional guest support, handling individual reservations, and contributing to both guest satisfaction and commercial success across multiple locations.
What will you actually do?- Deliver outstanding guest support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
- Handle individual reservations and related inquiries for all locations and product offerings
- Execute daily Service Hub tasks following SOPs and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage guest requests, reservations, and administrative processes while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
- Use key systems like Mews (PMS), Salesforce Service Cloud, and other platforms, integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and personalization
- Provide clear, friendly, and informed advice to guests about services, products, and experiences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, connected guest journey
- Contribute to both guest satisfaction and commercial performance
