Community Advising Specialist: managing group reservations, advising on experiences, and spotting opportunities to create value for both guests and the business.
What will you actually do?- Handle group reservation requests for B2B and B2C clients across multiple locations
- Negotiate pricing, confirm bookings, and ensure all details are accurate
- Advise guests on the full range of services and experiences, tailoring recommendations to their needs
- Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Execute Service Hub tasks according to SOPs and checklists for consistent quality
- Manage financial processes including sending, verifying, and raising invoices
- Share complete arrival information with local teams to ensure seamless experiences
- Use systems like Mews, Event Temple, and Salesforce Service Cloud, leveraging AI tools to work smarter and personalize interactions
- Participate in regular commercial and revenue meetings to review performance and pipeline
