Commercial Team Leader with English and Spanish or Italian

Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish or Italian (at least B1) are required.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating a team of 5-7 purchasing specialists and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team for our Ploiesti office.
• Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.
• Recruiting, training, evaluating, and supervising the subordinated team.
• Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.
• Analyzing the team's results and reporting them to top management.
• Motivating the team and proposing actions to achieve the objectives/targets and set KPIs.
