Would you like to use your language skills? We are looking for a strategic and supportive partner for our clients. You will focus on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
Key responsibilities - Providing expertise on our products and services to our clients
- Solving client queries and offering solutions
- Ensure our clients are getting the best products & solutions for their long-term strategy
- Understanding clients' needs and capturing feedback to improve products and services
- Proactively communicate with our clients and internal stakeholders
- Participate in networking events.
About you - Previous experience in a client/customer service role, with international corporate organizations.
- Exposure in dealing with multiple stakeholders from different geographical areas.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently+ fluent Spanish/ Italian desired
- A natural networker and a team player
- A passion for research and finding solutions
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously
