Claims Services Processing Specialist with Italian

What the day will look like

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims, ensuring they are adequately adjusted and compliant with our standards. Your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough reviews and adjustments of claims submitted to our organization.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with our team located in Italy to streamline the claims process and resolve any issues.
• Performing manual analysis of claims that have not been automatically accepted by our system, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate processing.
• Maintaining and updating process documentation to reflect any changes or improvements made in the claims review process.

• Identifying areas of the risk in daily operations and assessing their risk impact. Escalating any issues appropriately to the team manager and/or business leader
• Focusing on problem solving in difficult cases and escalation situations

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Domain Knowledge

• University degree or equivalent (specialization in accounting / economics/finance/administration would be an asset)
• Experience in claim or administration would be an asset

Technical Skills

• Very high attention to details
• Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy

Proficiency in MS Office

• Italian level- at least C1
• English level - at least B2+
• Very high attention to details

• Good numerical skills
• Ability to identify and respond to risks
