Change and Release Manager with Italian

Your day to day:

Within the IT Release & Planning area of IT Operations, the Change and Release Manager should Plan, organize & support application software Releases & Changes in production environment.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
• Drive & support the end-to-end Commercial & Extra Release & Local Market Change Management processes to successfully deploy application software in the production environment
• Assist in the planning and consolidating of the deployment of Local Market projects such as application and operations system patching, application re-platforming, software upgrades and bug fixes
• Ensure SOX compliancy of the release & change management processes
• Assist in the deployment coordination & governance during the Commercial Releases. Track and report post release/change issues & ensuring their efficient resolution
• Improve the efficiency of the actual release & change management processes through the introduction of tools and automation
• Own and manage relationships with suppliers and key internal stakeholders in order to achieve SLAs and improve IT KPIs
• Must be flexible and able to manage a business that can operate 24/7 (including holidays) and commit the time required to get the job done.

With these skills you are a great candidate:
• Fluent in English & Italian (written and spoken) (B2-C1)
• Release & Change Management experience in multi-vendor, onshore, offshore, nearshore setups.
• Extensive experience with creating and reviewing release plans, implementation and back out plans
• Experience in process implementation/operation covering IT services (ITIL qualified, Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Knowledge & experience in using Microsoft Office, Power BI, Sharepoint, Excel macro, VBScript
• Knowledge & experience in using BMC Remedy
• Good communication skills (chairing meetings, negotiation, handling difficult situations)
