Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for Cash Collection Lead - Italian Speaker. Reporting to Collection, Credit, Billing & PA Supervisor, this professional will be leading a team in Cash Collection.

A day in the life of...

• Manage the Clash Collection team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place
• Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinates execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Create and execute short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area
• Encourage, coach & develop the team
• Ensure business continuity plan is defined, update and implemented
• Ensure compliance of Cash Collection activities

What will make you successful

• Ability to develop and lead a team
• Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners
• Knowledge in financial area
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge in SAP solution
• Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power Bi)
• Strong leadership skills - even without a Lead position previously
• Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers
• Good planning, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment
• Analytical capability
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Strong level of English and Italian
