We are currently looking for a
Brand & Communications Manager (Italian Native) to join our team in Berlin.
Your Tasks- Handle copywriting and marketing translations, ensuring brand messages are communicated effectively across all channels.
- Develop and uphold brand and communication guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Manage projects aligned with brand and business strategy, including Italian market pop-ups and flagship initiatives.
- Organize pop-ups, events, and other on-ground activations in Italy, coordinating closely with all stakeholders.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure offline brand representation aligns with Yepoda's standards.
- Conduct market and cultural research to deepen engagement with the Italian audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined communication and operational efficiency.
- Support the social media team with idea generation, content production, and content scheduling.
Your Profile- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in Italian with strong English communication skills.
- Experience in brand management, event/project management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to visual merchandising or offline brand activations.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Creativity, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media trends and cultural nuances of the Italian market.
- A collaborative team player with a strong "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.
