Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing/Invoicing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Build and inspire a high-performing team of billing/invoicing specialists through effective recruitment, coaching, and development, setting clear goals and managing priorities to achieve outstanding results
- Foster strong partnerships with Italian-speaking stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service excellence
- Design and implement efficient procedures and process improvements that enhance team productivity and service quality
- Proactively resolve escalations from internal clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Deliver insightful management reports that support strategic decision-making
- Lead and coordinate projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement and operational success
What you need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of proven people management experience, ideally within a shared service centre environment
- At least 4 years of professional experience in billing/invoicing or related operational roles within shared services
- Solid understanding of billing/invoicing processes and customer service principles
- Fluent command of both spoken and written Italian and English
- Strong skills in resource planning and team utilization tracking

- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with work allocation, ticketing systems, and resource/time measurement tools
