Back Office Support Specialist with Italian

Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

• Process and verify customer invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP or similar platforms).
• Validate invoice details such as customer information, amounts, VAT, and due dates.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and customers (in Italian).
• Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, data reconciliation, and invoice tracking.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Archive documents and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative and back-office support to other departments when required.

Requirements for success:

• Advanced level of Italian (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a back office, administrative, or financial support role is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, tables, filters).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
