What you can expect

As part of the DKV Group, Tax Refund focuses on providing financial solutions to their customers in the areas of VAT Refund. These are administrative processes that we handle from A to Z for our clients. Service orientation, attention and care are important aspects of our approach, and this is also what we are looking for in future colleagues.

In this position (internal title VAT Refund Service Specialist) you will be responsible for onboarding our customers, submitting VAT Refund requests, and monitoring the progress of the refund requests until payment is made. Besides this administrative work, you will also be in contact, via phone and email, with our customers, partners, and the Tax Authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Your main responsibility will be to provide VAT recovery services to our clients;
• Provide information about the external VAT recovery process;
• Support clients throughout the contract duration, responding promptly and professionally to their requests to establish long-term relationships;
• Collect and process the necessary documents for VAT refunds for tax authorities;
• Submit VAT refund claims, adhering to deadlines set by the authorities and the company;
• Respond to requests from authorities within the indicated deadlines;
• Record information in the company's systems according to internal procedures.

What makes you stand out

• A good command (native or near native) of the Italian language verbally and in writing.
• Romanian language and English at a minimum B2 level;
• Good time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Is results-oriented and a team player;
• Good skills in understanding, logically processing information, and applying new information in similar situations;
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet browsing;
• Education level: Graduate of higher education.
