About the Role:

What You'll Do:
- Payment preparation
- Participating in vendor setup process
- Preparation and validation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports
- Maintaining contact and proper communication with Client team and various vendors to
- Verification and posting of invoices
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements
- Providing solutions, improvements, best practices, seeking optimization of the processes
- Supporting team in other accounting activities
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
What You'll Need:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish or Italian: min. B2
- Understanding of Accounts Payables processes
- 1-2 years of equivalent professional experience
- Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active approach, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others
