In this role you will:

Partner will lead and the program leadership team to drive program objectives through timely and consistent communications, including messaging and programs, providing expert executive counsel and coaching and identifying the best activities for maximizing impact

Drive the development and deployment of the communications strategy for the program by working with colleagues and other stakeholders from different functions (e.g.Finance, Procurement and IT) & locations that advance the business agenda and translate into value-adding communication.

Execute a customer-focused communication approach that supports overall adoption strategy and is focused on building awareness and understanding of changes with leaders, suppliers and employees.

Maintain and enhance communication and engagement toolkit materials for suppliers, project team, SMEs and sponsors.

Coordinate communication for the program team members and across the different functions aligned with the organizational change management strategy

Qualifications

We are looking for the following qualifications & experience:

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail; storytelling expertise and the skills to translate complex topics and concepts into engaging messages and communication
• Proven success designing and executing communication strategies and campaigns
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
• Able to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Capable of working well as a team as well as independently
• Ability to apply a customer mindset to their work
• Strong visual and verbal presentation/storytelling skills
• Communicates with credibility and confidence

• Familiarity and experience working in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Chat, Meet)
• Experience creating a wide variety of communication materials and messaging
• Business Fluent English Skills
• Familiarity with procurement processes and solutions .
