Administrative Assistant - Italian Speaker

The Role

From day one, you will be assigned your responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.

As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.

What will you do?

You'll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks:

• Update the company's third-party database (workshop, loss adjuster, insurer)
• Ensure the day-to-day relationship with internal clients (telephone and written)
• Third party follow up (workshop, loss adjuster, insurer)
• Administrative support to the policy life cycle
• Other administrative tasks

What are we looking for?

• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
• Knowledge of the basics of insurance contracts is an advantage
• Relational and writing skills
• Priority management and Teamwork spirit
• Rigor and respect for rules, procedures, and deadlines
• Analytical skills and ability to synthesize
• Italian proficiency minimum B2 expected C1
