As part of this project, your role as AP Officer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

• Process PO and non-PO invoices on time and accurately
• Manage discrepancies resolution in a timely manner and the approval flow
• Managing payments according to procedures, in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensures that payments are appropriately allocated to outstanding invoices and credits, reducing unallocated cash balances
• Provides support for open questions and tickets, in writing and/or over the phone
• Management of requests related to settlements (audit, registration, initiation of payment, etc.)
• Supplier database Management
• Quality control of transactions (own or colleagues)
• Reporting processes & reconciliations related to MEC and not only
• Other MEC and reporting activities

Candidate' profile:

• Advanced level of English
• Advanced level of Italian
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Can do attitude, proactive behavior
• Basic accounting skills and good analytical skills
• MS Excel, SAP working experience
• Up to 2 years of BPO experience
