Accountant, Accounts Receivable with Italian

What You'll Do:
• Processing payments: performing payment bookings in the ERP (JDE) with invoice matching, customer deductions and/or advances; • Cash collection: regular follow-ups with customers and Commercial Unit to ensure effective and on-time collection of receivables;
• Accounts reconciliation;
• Controlling customer exposure and overdues;
• Processing and following up on customer inquiries under scope via email;
• Continuous improvement: identifying, proposing and implementing development activities to improve the performance on a continuous basis;

What You'll Bring To BIC:
• University degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or Business is a plus; • 1-2 years of experience in a global company;
• Advanced English and Italian;
• Exposure to ERPs (JDE is a plus);
• Good communication skills;
• Customer service orientation and attention to details;
• Ability to work in teams.
