VIP Manager with Italian (BG)

Role in a nutshell:
Now we are looking for a VIP Account Manager with the Italian language who will be responsible for retaining VIP customers and increasing their lifetime value.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in the iGaming business;
• 1+ year of experience in portfolio managing;
• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues;
• Be patient and have negotiation skills;
• Ability to think outside the box;
• Sales driven and motivated to achieve monthly targets;
• Stand for working independently;
• Native/Fluent Italian Language;
• Good English Language Skills;
• Multitasking;
• Time-managing;
• Productiveness;
• Flexibility.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing customers' behavior and keeping a personalized relationship with VIP clients & meeting their needs;
• Comprehension of our products;
• Monitoring customers' performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
• Ensuring that product compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
