UAT for SAP Modules with German/French/Italian/English

Job role

The UAT will be part of the Business Engineering Services within Allianz Services and he/she will perform testing activities for our customers in one of the biggest projects.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and SAP consultants to understand the SAP FICO implementation requirements and design test cycles.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for UAT, ensuring coverage of all business scenarios and requirements.
• Execute UAT test cases and test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and data integrity of the SAP FICO system.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues encountered during UAT, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Collaborate with the development and configuration teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during UAT.
• Coordinate with business users and subject matter experts to gather feedback and ensure that the SAP FICO system meets their needs and expectations.
• Participate in regular status meetings and provide accurate and timely updates on UAT progress, issues, and risks to the project team.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of UAT test data, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
• Provide support and guidance to end users during UAT, including conducting training sessions and creating user documentation.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree
• One of the following additional language capabilities: German; French; Italian. For only English, we are looking for candidates with impressive background SAP S4 implementation and advanced process knowledge.
• Proven experience as a UAT Tester in SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, hands on experience on atleast one of the processes- A2R, Q2C, R2R, S2P, Plan to Perform etc
• In-depth knowledge of UAT methodologies, best practices, and testing frameworks. Exposure to automation is a plus.
• Proficient in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication with additional language preferred ( Italian, German and French) plus good interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• SAP FICO certification (preferred).

You have

• Basic IT technical understanding
• Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• SAP certification in Finance modules.
• Experience with testing in S/4HANA environment.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as ABAP, SQL, and Java.
• Experience with automation tools, such as Selenium, UFT, or similar.
• High motivation to manage and finalize tasks in a complex environment
