Job DescriptionAbout the TeamPartner & Customer Training EMEA team is responsible for the marketing, sales, and delivery of training and certifications within the EMEA territory for Milestone. The mission of the team is to empower the people in the Milestone community to perform on the-job by growing their expertise in designing and implementing Milestone solutions. By working directly with the EMEA sales organization, the team actively promotes, sells, and manages the certification and training activities driving towards a profitable and professional service business unit, that supports the sale of Milestone core products. The team is looking for a new colleague to promote, sell, and coordinate the various certifications and courses.
Role and Responsibilities: - Communicating certification and training requirements to partners and customers
- Managing course scheduling to maximize resource utilization and course profitability.
- Ensuring compliance of partners to the certification requirements outlined in Milestone's Channel Partner Program.
- Actively promoting the Milestone Knowledge Program and its value to distributors, integrators, and end customers.
- Collaborate with Milestone sales teams and Marketing team to drive attendees into courses
- Managing registration information and payments for upcoming courses in accordance with Milestone policies and processes.
- Meeting targets associated with training and certification activities.
- Various ad-hoc administrative tasks to assist colleagues in Partner & Customer Training EMEA
To be successful in this role, you are expected to:
- Call potential attendees to explain pertinent course information along with the benefits of certification and training.
- Manage marketing activities associated with upcoming courses.
- Communicate important course information to potential attendees.
- Follow-up with potential attendees to receive commitment for upcoming courses.
- Receive and process orders for upcoming training courses and certifications. Request/*issue invoices accordingly.
- Manage and follow-up on payment and collections from customers attending courses.
- Ensure the successful sales of Milestone training courses.
- Enter key customer data and activity into CRM.
- Work with Milestone sales team to drive attendees into courses.
- Work with Milestone channel partners to ensure they understand and meet certification and training requirements.
- Work with distribution partners to actively promote and recruit for upcoming training courses.
- Meet different targets for training activities within the various geographic regions.
Role Requirements: - University degree in economical or any other relevant subject
- Proficiency in English language
- Excellent command of Italian language (Spanish language in addition is beneficial)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Be decisive and agile
- Highly organized individual, with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to prioritize and focus on tasks completion with due dates
- Customer focus and desire to develop sales skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft office
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system
- Customer management experience
- Experience working within the EMEA regions.
- Prior inside sales experience
