We are looking for an Italian speaking supervisor (m/f/d) for our international customer support to office in Lisbon or Porto as soon as possible.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Work closely with the team, motivate and coach them, host 1-2-1’s and team meetings.
Keep up to date with business development and new product lines
Make reports.
Manage day-to-day routine activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs.
Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members.
Use company methodology, team input, and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved.
Manage a fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures
Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.
Assist the Senior Manager in highlighting operational risks and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Italian native, English B2
Experience as a team leader
Strong analytical skills
Experience with MS Office and G Suite
Time management skills
Customer-oriented approach
Good operational skills in software settings
Excellent decision-making skills
