Diebold Nixdorf is expanding its Delivery Center in Warsaw, a captive shared service center within Global Business Services, Eurasia Delivery organization. In our center in Warsaw, we support Diebold Nixdorf units throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa with accounting and order management services.
As a
Senior Order to Invoice Specialist (OTI), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the end-to-end OTI process. You will be responsible for creating and administrating sales orders and purchase orders, issuing customer invoices, and maintaining control data inside our online systems.
Location: 2 days per week in Warsaw office
Responsibilities- Create and administrate sales orders and purchase orders
- Issue customer invoices
- Maintain and control data in the systems
- Communication and coordination with Diebold Nixdorf entities and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with the Group's controls, policies and procedures
- Support internal and external audit in relation to OTI process
- Identify areas in the OTI process that can be improved and standardized to drive efficiency
- Serve as a mentor for junior level staff and coach as needed
QualificationsQualifications- Good level of English and Italian (min. B2)
- Previous experience with SAP ERP (especially SAP SD and MM modules) and strong analytical skills (MS Excel)
- Min. 3 years experience in accounting, business administration or order to invoice roles
- Business administration or accounting/finance education is a plus
