As a Request and Disputes Trainee (Italian Speaking), you'll collect and register inquiries, requests, claims, returns from external and internal customers in a timely manner, based on predefined priorities.

Main responsibilities

Manage incoming customer calls and monitor new cases coming via email

• Aim for "first call resolution" practice especially for requests
• Classify and Assign cases to the responsible resolution team/colleagues if first call resolution is not possible
• Support request/claim resolution process with additional data gathering and communication
• Monitor operational reports, follow-up on all requests and claims to secure resolution and communication to customer

About you

Experience

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in pharmacy or natural sciences or related subjects
• Min. 30 hour availability/week
• At least 0.5-1 years' experience in Customer service in contact with the customers or similar (essential) preferably in Pharma
• Experience in call centers resolving customers issues (advantageous)
• Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)

Soft and technical skills

• Good communication skills
• Has an analytical approach
• Can work independently and shows proactivity as well
• Hands-on experience of Salesforces Service Cloud & SAP in S4 Hana preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner (essential)
• Is self-motivated, well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner
• Well-inclined towards change and could work under pressure
• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential)

Languages

• Excellent English and Italian, other European languages is a plus
