TITLE: Project Coordinator (Italian Speaker)

GRADE: 9

LOCATION: Belgrade

Position Summary:

Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the tasks involved in the smooth installation of ATM devices for new or existing customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Team Coordination:
  
  • Oversee the site preparation and installation teams, and ensure that the data about sites installed/to be installed is always up to date and consistent with the plan;
  • Manage a team of supplier and field technicians to install, configure, and test the ATM machines pre and post-installation, ensuring all teams adhere to best practices and guidelines.
• Administration/Management:
  
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of equipment inventory, spare parts inventory, and other assets needed for ATM installation;
  • Obtain ATM components, including machines, software, and peripherals;
  • Proactively execute the project plan, respecting the scope of work and project timeline, and push suppliers to speed up/change if necessary;
  • Develop and manage project documentation, such as site surveys, permit applications, and change order requests;
  • Assess risks and implement mitigations.
• Site Preparation:
  
  • Secure necessary approvals from suppliers and customer ahead of installation.
• Reporting:
  
  • Provide regular reports on the installation and implementation progress, including performance metrics such as quality and safety;
  • Ensure that all financial records, such as purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports are accurately documented and managed;
  • Establish regular meetings with internal senior management to provide updates on progress and resolve issues.
• Customer/Supplier Interaction:
  
  • Establish regular communication with the customer and supplier to address concerns, requests, and feedback;
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to within a timely manner.

Other duties may be assigned. Incumbent is responsible to attend all company mandated/recommended training courses.

Education and/or Requirements Required:

The incumbent should possess minimum University Degree, ideally in Computing or IT related, or equivalent work experience.

Skill Requirements:

• Business and Technical skills
  
  • Basic know how of ATM business and ATM component/kits/peripherals;
  • Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.
• Personal skills
  
  • Excellent communicator with strong oral and written skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Languages:

• Fluent knowledge of Italian language is a must.
• Good knowledge of English language is a plus.
• The incumbent has opportunities for career growth within the company and the industry.
