Premium Onboarding Coordinator with Italian

Function Overview:
As part of Global Operations, you'll be working with an amazing diverse team of talented and customer centric people across the world. We're building a world-class operation and you'll be empowered to make a difference so we can better serve our customers with an easy, connected, and flawless experience.

You'll find opportunities across customer facing, technical and administrative roles, customer services, onboarding, Tax Free, training, or one of the many other exciting areas in Global Operations. You'll be presented with unrivalled prospects to grow, learn and develop in your career.

What you will do:
  • Preparing onboarding forms for Sales and/or Customers
  • Contacting customers to support them with getting through AML and KYC process
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Escalate any issues raised within the onboarding process and drive them towards resolution
  • Complete welcome calls and training calls to customers
  • Provide trainings to Sales teams on the onboarding process when required
  • Manage large customer implementations


Who you are:
  • Excellent English knowledge, proficient in Italian
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience within account management and/or client success experience will be an advantage
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Growth mindset with a constant desire to receive feedback, learn and grow
