Work Summary We are seeking a motivated Participant Support Specialist to join our team.As our Participant Support Specialist, your main responsibility is to haveconversations with onsite participants in
Italian (Switzerland) under the guidance of theproject moderator and engineer. You will work from home during normal businesshours Mon-Fri and join video calls with customer engineers and moderators atscheduled times.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.
Work Responsibilities - Communicate with participant(s) online in Italian (Switzerland) during data collection projects under the guidance of the project moderator
- Join video calls at set times provided by the scheduling team
- Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
- Idiomatic fluency in Italian (Switzerland)
- Advanced English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for the whole duration of the project (2-4 weeks from the beginning of the project)
- Availability during normal business hours Mon-Fri
- Personal computer (desktop or laptop) is required
