Accounts Payable Team Leader

Responsibilities on this role:
• Day to day management of AP Team members.
• Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets are achieved by the Team
• Generate & Compile audit reports monthly and provide the same to the Supervisor.
• Work with all the support departments to devise new initiatives to increase productivity & ensure smooth functioning.
• Actively manage performance of each Team Member on a regular basis to ensure all their problems are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
• Smooth implementation of new systems
• Supporting Manager in effective management of services delivered by the team
• Effective cooperation with other Team Leaders
• Identification of potential improvements in AP processes that will increase work efficiency and improve internal controls
• Responsible for attrition management and arranging for backfills on a timely basis
• Works closely with HR to ensure high employee morale and retention initiatives
• Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post
Candidate's profile:
The candidate must have at least 12 months experience in Team Management. The candidate should have strong analytical abilities as well as strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Likewise, be able to prioritise with the client and the CBRE team day to day tasks and projects alike and be able to effectively communicate risks, issues and achievements.
Preferable experience should include:
• SSC/ BPO
• Team/ Project Management
• Project implementation/ Transition
• Process' improvement
• Fluent English will be essential for this role as well as good business writing skills
• Fluent Italian/Spanish
