Posizione:In quanto persona chiave del team di marketing del sud Europa, avrai un ruolo cruciale nell'implementazione della strategia Marcom in Italia, guidando campagne efficaci di marketing e comunicazione e supportando le iniziative che creano valore sia per gli utenti che i clienti Il tuo impegno si focalizzerà nel migliorare il percorso del cliente e ottimizzare il ROI, utilizzando vari strumenti come siti web, email di marketing e social media. Inoltre, fornirai il supporto necessario per assicurare che vengano eseguite le attività quotidiane di vendita e marketing.
Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i colleghi del sud Europa, con il team di marketing che si trova a Ecully e a Porto, e collaborerai regolarmente con il team di Budrio, in Italia.
Responsabilità principali:Realizzazione del piano Marcom:- Implementare il piano annuale di marketing e comunicazione, adattando le strategie al mercato italiano.
- Collaborare con il direttore marketing per pianificare il budget.
- Localizzare e adattare i materiali di marketing globale (cataloghi, listino prezzi, campagne digitali) per allinearli alle strategie del sud Europa; gestire il materiale da tradurre, aggiornare i contenuti e condividerli con il team.
- Pianificare e coordinare eventi sia interni con il team che esterni con i clienti
- Monitorare e riportare le spese di marketing, migliorando continuamente l'efficacia delle attività di promozione, pubblicità e digitali.
- Abilità a gestire vari progetti contemporaneamente, assicurandosi che vengano rispettate le date e i budget.
Content Marketing e Digital Strategy:- Ottima conoscenza delle strategie del brand, per garantire una coerenza in tutte le comunicazioni e i canali di marketing.
- Gestire e attualizzare regolarmente il contenuto del sito italiano in collaborazione con il team globale.
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti e tecniche di marketing digitale, incluso SEO/SEM, Google Analytics e social media marketing.
- Supportare le campagne locali di digital marketing in Italia producendo contenuti di alta qualità (interviste, newsletter, ecc.).
- Esperienza nell'uso degli strumenti di analisi e report per tracciare le performance della campagna e misurare il ROI.
Supporto vendita e marketing:- Rispondere alle necessità dei clienti fornendo materiali di marketing per eventi, workshop e seminari.
- Assistere con attività aggiuntive di vendita e marketing, quando richiesto.
Chi cerchiamo:- 3-5 anni di esperienza in marketing communication (Marcom), idealmente in ambienti internazionali.
- Sono necessarie forti capacità di comunicazione e una comprovata esperienza in digital marketing.
- Persona collaborativa, capace di lavorare in un team, ma anche capace indipendentemente.
- Intraprendente, proattiva e orientata alle soluzioni.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare fino al 20% (per 2-3 giorni al mese).
- Fluente in italiano e inglese; la conoscenza del francese è un plus.
Marcom Specialist - Italy Location: Ecully, Lyon (Part-Time)
Position Overview: As a key member of the South Europe Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the Marcom strategy in Italy, driving effective marketing and communication campaigns, and supporting initiatives that create value for both users and customers. Utilizing a variety of tools such as websites, email marketing, and social media, your efforts will be focused on enhancing the customer journey and optimizing ROI.
Additionally, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth execution of daily sales and marketing activities.
You will work closely with colleagues across South Europe, with the marketing teams based in Ecully and Porto, and collaborate regularly with teams in Budrio, Italy.
Key Responsibilities: Marcom Plan Execution: - Implement the annual marketing and communication plan, adapting strategies for the Italian market.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to manage budget planning.
- Localize and adapt global marketing materials (catalogs, price lists, digital campaigns) to align with the South Europe strategy, including managing translations, content updates, and sharing with the team.
- Plan and coordinate events either internally with the team or externally with customer
- Monitor and report on marketing expenses, while continuously improving the effectiveness of advertising, digital, and promotional activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Content Marketing & Digital Strategy: - Strong understanding of brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and channels.
- Manage and regularly update the Italian website content in partnership with global teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Support Italian digital marketing local campaigns by producing high-quality content (interviews, newsletters, etc.).
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and measure ROI
Sales & Marketing Support: - Respond to customer needs by delivering marketing materials for events, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist with additional sales and marketing activities as required.
Who You Are: - 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications (Marcom), ideally within an international environment.
- Strong communication skills and proven experience in digital marketing are essential.
- Collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently.
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented self-starter.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (2-3 days per month).
- Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
