Junior Recruitment Support with Italian (Hybrid/Prague/Italian)

We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.

Task and responsibilities
  • Create offer letters and handle administrative tasks.
  • Start and monitor employment checks, including drug and medical screenings, and report any discrepancies to the team lead, documenting issues or rescinding offers if necessary due to background check results.
  • Initiate the new hire process and workflow automation while following legal guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage international transfers and local hires, including support for global mobility and visas as needed.
  • Communicate with selected candidates to ensure they understand the pre-boarding process, providing a timely and high-quality experience.
  • Handle all communications, data entry, and coordination with onboarding teams after offers are made, ensuring all issues are resolved before candidate start dates for a smooth hiring process.

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or recruitment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze information, and general reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian, both spoken and written.
  • Must provide a criminal record extract dated within the last three months.
