What We Offer

You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.

Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your agenda, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

• Student: 1 adult
• Availability: weekday evenings after work, starting from 5pm, Swiss time
• Preferred start date: November or earlier (upon teacher availability)
• Lesson Frequency: 2x per week
• Lesson Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours per time
• Lesson location: Eiken, Aargau, Switzerland 5074
• Current target language level: Novice-high, she learned Italian 4 years ago in Italy, she learned all the basics but forgot a lot
• Native and other spoken languages: German native, English, basic Italian
• Student's language needs and goals: Eventually to become fluent in Italian, for day-to-day convenience. To refresh what she learned before and moving forward from there.
• Additional Information: Class can take place either at student's home (in 5074 Eiken) or a public place nearby that is recommended.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Design and implement customized curricula in alignment with learners' proficiency levels and objectives.
• Track and assess student progress, guiding them to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with students, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in the target language, both written and spoken.
• A degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field.
• At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a language context.
