Your role in a nutshell:

To execute data analytics and reporting in order to support both the Logistics and Budgeting & Reporting teams within Device Operations in VF Italy. To provide reports and data analytics in the field of After Sales Logistics, Demand Planning & Inventory and Budgeting. To draw conclusions from and make recommendations on the data reported. To develop, automate and standardize the reporting processes. To achieve accuracy and standard outlook of reports. To support reporting change projects. To develop new processes to meet the business information needs. To look for areas of process improvements, develop solutions and implement them.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse IMEI collaboration activations, availability and stock-in-trade level
  • Upload all invoices to check IW, OOW and Kasko Ticket
  • Realign stock discrepancies between SAP and WMS
  • Prepare the Huawei sell-in and stock daily report
  • Perform monthly and weekly report on sell-in / stock / intake for mobile
  • Execute weekly sell-in / stock analysis on fixed
  • Issue DOA tickets for Business customers
  • Report DOA tickets towards VPC
  • Issue distribution orders towards system integrators and manage manual stock movements of consignment stock in SAP
  • Checking the trouble ticket resolution time relating to large business customer (Large Account)
  • Calculate and report Copyright Levies
  • Provide weekly information to Global on VFD (Vodafone branded devices): repair numbers with detail and sell-in / sell-out
  • Manage reporting on Post Sales Return/Failure Rate for mobile and fixed


What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience in data analysis, interpretation, reporting and presentation of findings
  • Analytical and data analysis skills
  • Fluent English and Italian (required)
  • Advanced MS office (Excel, Access, Power Point) skills
  • SAP knowledge (desired)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
