Responsibilities - Source and identify qualified candidates for various job openings across Europe.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Provide insightful feedback to candidates and clients following interviews and assessments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide market insights to clients.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a freelance capacity.
- Strong understanding of the consumer services industry and the European job market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently while working remotely.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, as well as online job platforms.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and help candidates with the transition process.
