Your Responsibilities

• Competent and friendly customer service
• Answering specialized questions via phone
• Careful processing of transactions and written documentation

Your Profile

• Strong in communication and enjoy interacting with people
• Good technical skills
• Career changers and lateral entrants are also welcome
• Very good Italian skills (C1) and good English skills (minimum B2)
• Clean criminal record certificate
• A suitable workspace for a home office*
  (*Stable internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, and a residence in Croatia)
