Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines on a prominent social media platform.
• Review and analyze posts, comments, and messages in Italian for suitability and relevance.
• Identify and report inappropriate content, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.
• Engage with users by responding to inquiries related to moderation practices and community policies.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights on trends and enhance moderation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and help track performance metrics.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and changes in platform policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian with strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret content accurately.
