basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
Responsibilities: - Supports portions of initiatives involving one or more functions and project teams to drive process improvement for products or service offerings.
- Collects, consolidates, and charts data from testing and process results for assigned portions of product and solution areas to identify trends and issues; learns and practices basic root-cause analysis.
- Generates documentation in accordance with provided plan and detailed specifications, including budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements.
- Supports project communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating documentation.
- Develops understanding of and relationships with internal project teams.
Education and Experience Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Typically 0-2 years experience.
Knowledge and Skills: - Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in Italian, French and good level in English
- Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.
- Good analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
- Basic understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.
