The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an IT Global Support Analyst - Service Desk,you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Answering incoming calls / web tickets and providing technical assistance following established procedures and guidelines. Routing more advanced problems outside of established guidelines or scope to the appropriate support group.
  • Utilization of the Knowledge base, ensuring all documented solutions are applied, following the established documentation standards, and provide feedback for necessary updates to the database, creation and update a knowledge articles
  • Identifies problems and opportunities for improvement with components or processes used to deliver IT solutions.
  • Customer service mindset and sense of urgency
  • Service Scope (Monday - Friday) 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM and (Saturday - Sunday) 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM including Public Holidays

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • Functional knowledge Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite, including SharePoint, One Note and Visio
  • Proficient in English, Italian and Polish
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a technical support environment is required
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge on Networking, Share Point and Remote connectivity, including VPN.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills with 'can do' attitude
