If you are a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills and it is easy for you to communicate in
Italian, take a closer look at the
main duties:- Management of installation activities, products and services procured by the customer, and third-party products and services for customers
- The provision of services such as equipment upgrades, redeployment, and site preparation services
- Maintain quality standards by following best practices, guidelines, and legislation
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all communications and data
- Communicate effectively with project supervisors and escalate any issues that arise
- Manage expectations by processing information from vendors, generating reports, and tracking progress
- Maintain and update project trackers with accurate information
- Assist supervisors with information gathering and ensuring proper workflows are followed
What we expect from you:- Advanced knowledge of the Italian language
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to work from the office
