Job DescriptionAs an Inside Sales Engineer with Italian, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Technical & Commercial Proposals to our customers in Europe across various process industries (such as Life Sciences, Chemical, Energy, Power and Renewables) within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio and support Emerson sales teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities.
This role requires the overall management of the proposal preparation and order booking process, including sales & operations collaborators' coordination and direct customer contact, with a focus on winning more orders for the company. As a key point of contact, you will build and maintain positive relationships with Sales Account Managers and Operations teams across Europe.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Customer Relations - ensure understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or the company's stakeholders through remote communication or site visits;
- Quote-to-Order Execution - take ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio, following the standard process; ensure the innovative and cost-efficient solutions are proposed; proactively apply methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, while maintaining the requisite schedule and quality; ensure stakeholders are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
- Knowledge Sharing - acquire, maintain, and actively share knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization; support on-the-job development of other Service Specialists;
- Take other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.

For this role you will need: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in the Engineering field;
- Proficiency in English and Italian (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills;
- Computer literate (MS Office).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: - Experience in commercial and sales support activities;
- Experience in process automation field for various industries;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure;
- Project management/coordination skills.
