As HR Services WFA Coordinator with Italian you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here's how to make an impact:

Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Supporting all EMEA countries in terms of HR processes from system and administrative perspective
  • Performing HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements, existing policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data updates in all HR systems.
  • Providing active support for employees, managers, and HR departments in personnel administration processes.
  • Conducting transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality, according to agreed SLAs
  • Provides answers, solutions and recommendations for inquires related to HR processes/procedures

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in HR area
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
  • Knowledge of HR Systems, preferably Workday, Salesforce
  • Fluent in English (min. B2) and Italian (C1)
  • Must be able to maintain and retain confidentiality of data, protection of workforce data in the roles

  • Manifest outstanding standards of work in relation to: timeliness, accuracy and quality
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Detail oriented/accurate and thorough
