What kind of tasks will you have?
• Providing advice/ transactional service personally and via telephone or email to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes.
• Registering queries in the appropriate systems
• Using a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate
• Providing consistent advice and information, managing the resolution of queries against defined service levels
• Being responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes
We are searching for you, if you
• Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months
• Are self-confident in Italian communication as well
• Have a basic knowledge of MS Office
• Have great attention to detail and you have a proactive attitude toward work
What you can expect from us is
• Flexible work schedule with minimum 25-30 hours/week
• 1600 HUF/ hour (NET)
• We are trialling a flexible and hybrid way of working to ensure our colleagues' wellbeing and health & safety; we combine working from home with meeting max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office in Budapest.
• We provide corporate assets such as laptop and mobile phone with Vodafone RED subscription - unlimited talk, text and data
• Six-month long Internship position which helps you to gain knowledge about the processes of a multinational company
• Opportunity to learn about Working Practices Administration (WPA)
• Chance to gain experience about our SuccessFactros business operation software
• Learning opportunities with Vodafone University and LinkedIn Learning
