Your Impact

As the HR Shared Services Processing Centre HRSS Specialist, your primary focus is to drive operational excellence by efficiently processing moderate to complex employee transactions supporting Southern and Eastern Europe sub-region. You'll be a vital member of the HR Shared Services Processing Centre, managing day-to-day operational transactions and collaborating with other operational functions and third-party vendors.

Be a key player in managing core HR functions, collaborating with the Response Centre, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of the Knowledgebase. What You Need to Succeed

- Relevant progressive experience in HR operations or shared service model within the EMEA region, specifically Italy.

- Fluent Italian
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge would be an asset.
- Full competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
