Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As an Enrolment Support Specialist who is an Italian speaker at RICS, you'll be an ambassador for those looking to progress their career in surveying by providing support and guidance to all interested in joining RICS as a professional Member. You will determine eligibility for membership across all routes and equipping them with the right information to commence their professional qualification journey.

Your role will involve delivering consistent and high-quality customer service through multiple channels of communication, ensuring clarity and consistency to elevate our brand impact and resonate with our audiences worldwide. You'll be collaborating closely with our team in Italy through delivery of online workshops to a diverse range of stakeholders. The variety of tasks within this role will allow you to grow and flourish enabling you to expand your RICS knowledge for future career opportunities.

About You
• To excel in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Italian both through written practice and verbal as you collaborate with our team based in Italy delivery online workshops and presentations to a variety of stakeholders.
• Your exceptional customer service skills through written and verbal channels will ensure success in this role as will your ability to prioritise a variety of tasks day to day whilst delivering outstanding experience.
• Your ability to cultivate strong relationships and navigate a complex organisational landscape will be essential in driving successful outcomes through collaboration and innovation.
